    In partnership w/ the LCBO, J.P. Wiser’s has carefully selected an exceptional whisky from their reserve of rare casks. It is bold, deep and truly the last of its kind. ‘Last Barrels’ is a one-of-a-kind Canadian whisky that was made using a sour mash method + aged for 14 years, resulting in a complex yet smooth whisky. The last batch was carefully distilled in 2001 before retiring forever. The Drake General Store is partnering with 10 local chefs/mixologists (including Dave Mitton, Alexandra Feswick, Josh Lindley + many more) to create artisanal limited run pantry items w/ Last Barrels whisky as the hero ingredient. These items will be on sale in-store + online at all DGS locations as of May 16. Join us tonight to celebrate the launch, plus get your sample cookbook + taste some of the featured treats.
