If you choose to enjoy the hair of the dog for hangover maintenance, say sláinte with Drake’s Irish Caesar (Irish whiskey, Clamato juice, Tabasco, Worcestershire and horseradish, $11) or Irish Thymes Lemonade (Irish whiskey, ginger, thyme lemonade and Angostura bitters, $11).
