    Presented by Jameson

    LITTLE JUNIOR
    WEBSITE // SPOTIFY

Little Junior have been making music together since they were kids. Their sound is everything you’d expect from childhood friends; bombastic, mischievous, discordant at times, but like all good friends, tight as hell. They sing about what they know with distinctly satirical bite; beers, breakups, apathy, boredom, and shitty friends. They play the only way the know how – leaving it all on the stage. Big hooks give way to bigger guitar lines, and though their songs are often short, they always leave you wanting more.

    CLEOPATRICK
    WEBSITE // SOUNDCLOUD

Cleopatrick are an explosive young rock duo from Cobourg, Ontario. Just over a year ago, at the end of their high school careers, long time friends Ian Fraser and Luke Gruntz decided to start a band. The boys made the seemingly reverse decision to head to the recording studio before playing a single live show, and it paid off.

Their first EP “14” started making waves in local scenes close to them after its release. Having been recorded in only 14 hours (hence the name) and with much of the material written the day of, the EP is especially impressive. Through vigorous promotion, the band has racked up a steadily growing following in their hometown, Cobourg, and parts of the GTA where they continually play well-attended. The two have become well known for their technically precise musicianship, catchy riffs and energetic shows.

    DAY TRIP
    SPOTIFY

Day Trip is an alternative rock band that was born and bred in Toronto, Ontario – the core of the band consists of singers/guitarists Nathan Jesionka and Thomas Sawa, with Scott Hannigan on bass and providing backing vocals.

This new project is the culmination of years of playing in various bands in Toronto, kicking it around in the west end. Previously known as Towers, they have spent two years developing their chops, coalescing as artists and earning accolades such as finishing Top Ten in the 2015 Juno Master Class and opening for established acts such as Headstones, The Trews, and The Sheepdogs. The name change to Day Trip is indicative of a change in direction, coupled with a new-found focus.

MOOKIE MORRIS (OF THE MOOKS) Toronto-based Mookie Morris' laid-back retro style is tranquilizing, soulful, and airy.
