YOUNG RUNNING is a Toronto-based band combining very different musical personalities. Individually, the classically trained band members have influences that range from punk to jazz to electronic, but collectively they produce a indie/pop/alt-country sound.

DEREK DOWNHAM is an accomplished songwriter/producer/multi-instrumentalist that possesses an inspired voice with both power and dexterity. Derek has recorded and played live/toured with many of Canada's finest bands and artists, such as his main band THE BEAUTIES.
