What follows is an entry from the journal of Lucy Mann, a recent engineering graduate who is currently visiting Toronto, attempting to solve a mysterious—and potentially deadly—riddle left behind by her great-grandfather. Lucy is also fictional, and one of the characters from VISITATIONS, an interactive theatrical adventure that was just extended to May 14. Check here for dates and tickets.

Venice Biennale

With just a couple of months to go, much of the art world is counting down to Venice! The Venice Biennale, is arguably the pre-eminent art exhibition - the so-called art Olympics - where, since 1895, countries have selected a single artist to exhibit in dedicated pavilions and temporary locations all over the city. The national exhibitions are supported by a massive group show in the sprawling Arsenale that aims to uncover themes in contemporary culture and provide a greater context for contemporary art.
