Once again, our beloved rooftop Sky Yard has been transformed into the ‘Shack Chaud’ for winter. Think of your favourite mountainside après ski hut after a long, winding run on the slopes, complete with seasonal cocktails such as our Brown Butter Maple Old Fashioned (brown butter infused bourbon, maple syrup, cigar + chocolate tincture, $14), Bourbon + Apple Cider (cinnamon + clove infused bourbon + apple cider, $13), Deliverance (cedar infused bourbon, apple brandy, Fernet Branca, apple liqueur + maple syrup, $14) and Chet Baker (Guyanese Rum, Carpano Antica Formula vermouth, honey + ginger syrup, Angostura bitters, $15).

All are available on Drake’s climate-defiant + perennially irreverent Sky Yard patio. Shack Chaud will open Friday and Saturday, 10 p.m. to close, while the Sky Yard itself will remain open nightly from 8 p.m. to 2 a.m. Sunday through Wednesday, and 6 p.m. to 2.a.m. Thursday through Saturday.

With cozy details such as vintage wool blankets for snuggling with a friend around our outdoor fireplace, rustic wood benches and the fresh scent of cedar in the air surrounding the 'Drakemobile', our relic of a Skidoo, the Sky Yard is the perfect place to enjoy the snowy months.

And bring a camera too; gratuitous photo ops are ever present against our annual winter scene backdrop!
