Drake hearts Belize, as do many other Canadians! It really feels as if it's a home away from home, filled with Canadian banks, hotel owners, charter pilots, etc. It is after all, a Caribbean nation proud of its British colonial past. It is the quintessential Central American hangout; we could spend days (read: months) on the country's beaches, jungles, rainforests, pine reserves, white water rivers, lagoons, caves, plunging waterfalls, mangrove swamps, prawn farms, wildlife, nightlife hot spots, palm fringed bars, lobster festivals, charming towns + coral reefs. Talk about an exhilarating holiday!
