On Valentine's Day 2004, after a meticulous restoration of a century-old building, The Drake Hotel was introduced as a budding destination for cutting-edge culture and hospitality. Five years in, The Drake has emerged as a true Hot Bed for Culture; a curated, social laboratory offering stimulating arts and music, playfully fresh cuisine and highly original hotel accommodations that provide a looking glass into itís vibrant West Queen West neighbourhood.
This February, to coincide with our landmark anniversary, the Drake is hosting an ambitious festival: a month-long celebration that looks back on half a decade of forward thinking and imagines a future of open possibilities.

The Drake is proud of the many art galleries, specialty shops, lounges and eateries that share our rich neighbourhood and contribute to its vitality and creative soul.
This month Drake will be giving back by donating a portion of food sales to amazing organizations such as Alexander Muir/ The Gladstone Public School and the ‘Mammalian Diving Reflex’ Project.
